You can't brandish your weapon and start shooting at people, because you're going to get shot, somebody's going to get shot and you won't even accomplish what you wanted to accomplish, because by the time you even brandish it and try shooting somebody else is, you won't even accomplish what you wanted to accomplish, because by the time you even brandish it and try shooting, there'll be chaos there.
